Hi Howard:
I'm not familiar with 'red tea' program. I base my recommendations on things that have shown to be healthiest over time & thus am an advocate of whole food, plant-centered healthy eating. Fruits, veggies, beans, whole starches (squashes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, quinoa, oats, etc); minimizing animal products (especially dairy) & relying on only organic grass-fed meat or wild caught fish/seafood. I recommend that people start with a plant-strong diet, eating meat only 3x/week or less and also keeping away from added oils. This is the diet eaten by most of the 'Blue Zones' where people live healthfully to 100.
