Empowering Wellness: A Customized 12 week Private Coaching Program (includes 5 tangible products* & coaching package)

Imagine having the ability to have BOTH one-on-one coaching, with the accountability it brings AND be able to work with a close friend or signifcant other towards your mutual health goals at the same time, get MORE coaching time AND save 25% (each) off the usual fees. My “Buddy-Up for Health” Program does all that!
Here’s how it works:
Together, you and your partner get a full coaching program as described above (the two of you together), PLUS, once a month you get your own private call where we can better address particular health issues that may not be applicable to your partner. You get a coach AND your best friend to help move you forward!
A comprehensive approach with signifcant savings AND your best buddy!
This program is ideal for you if you know yourself well enough to recognize that the 5 Point Plan is valuable but doesn’t give you the accountability and the deeper understanding you need to move forward significantly AND you have a friend or significant other that wants to jump in and join.
As with other programs, this one starts with the 5 Point Plan (a plan for each of you; which may have some details that are different if your health problems are different) and continues with coaching, education & accountablitly to help assure your results.

- A 7 Day Cleanse program to help jumpstart your progress. This will be a whole food plant-based program designed with your health concerns in mind. We’ll expand the Cleansing Program to a day-in-day out meal plan designed to get you the reults you want and need.
- Simple healthy recipes: resource list (my favorite books & websites) along with some of my own easy recipes so you can continue to move forward with a healthy balanced diet simply & effectively. I’ll continue to help supply you with simple recipes for healthy eating that’s not boring.
- A moderate exercise plan: a plan that will start you where you’re at and help you move forward without spending your life at the gym but still get you the results you need and want. We’ll upgrade this plan at regular intervals so you continue to get leaner and stronger. You and your buddy can work together; having an exercise partner is great built-in accountability and one of the things that inspired me to create this program!
- A medicinal foods list: A list of foods geared toward helping eliminate or control your most important health issue(s). We’ll expand this list as needed to addess all your health concerns.
Additionally:
We will set specific short and long term goals based on the needs and desires of each partner. If appropriate, we will develop a detailed plan to work with your doctor and/or your partner’s doctor to decrease or eliminate medication and more.
You and your partner can work together as much or as little as you choose. Ideas could include: Set a night each week to cook a new healthy meal for the both of you. Have an exercise partner, make bets about who will lose more weight, lower their cholesterol more or whatever. Use your imaginations to hold yourselves accountable to each other.
We’ll work in 6 month intervals so you can get some real traction. During this time, expect to make significant progress like dropping weight (25 lbs. in 6 months is a reasonable goal), decreasing blood pressure, controlling or even reversing diabetes or other conditions through diet and lifestyle changes. Work in conjunction with your doctor or your partner’s doctor to get of dangerous medication if desired and other tangible goals.
The program details:
This program starts with the 5 Point Plan above and adds additional customized components as needed. It includes weekly calls for both education & accountability for the two of you together and one additional private call for each of you.
